Job Summary:
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and market segments for business growth.
Generate leads through research, networking, and outbound activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development:

New Business Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
Analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback and insights to improve product/service offerings.
Market Research:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales and business development.
