This pre-makeup base harnesses the benefits of dimethicone, known for its protecting and moisturizing properties, as well as rosehip oil which is known to be high in antioxidants and highly nourishing for the skin. Together, these ingredients both hydrate and soothe the skin with a creamy formula. The Complexion Perfection can also be used as a lightweight moisturizer to leave skin soft and nourished without feeling oily.
