STEP 1: Start with clean skin and apply your favourite moisturiser or serum.
STEP 2: Follow the guide as to which side of your Gua Sha to use on the areas of your face. Using soft pressure, work from the top of your face downwards.
STEP 3: Wash your Gua Sha with warm water and soap. Repeat this practice 2 to 3 times a week.
